Last night Jo and I stayed at the Keppler’s apartment. Sierra and I woke up this morning to Joelle shaking us. Everyone except Joelle had slept through the alarm we had set. We got ourselves ready for when mom and and dad came to head to the market. We were getting ready to leave when Mr. Keppler called and asked us to visit him at work.

Sierra and Aleah showed us some of their school. It is very nice. Then we all headed to Mr. Keppler’s office. The whole school is basically under construction right now. Mr. Keppler wanted Sierra and Aleah to meet the new secondary principal, who would be working at the school for the next two years, and his family. They had a really cute little girl. We all went to the school cafeteria for lunch. It was better than public school lunch in Colorado for sure! Mr. Keppler had to keep working, but Sierra and Aleah took the new family and us down to the Market.

The market is just a bunch of people with different stands. Some have veggies, some fruit, some nuts, and a fish stand. It was really cool. We loaded up on materials to make dinner for tonight and Friday night. The market was in a straight line along a road, and it goes on for a while.

Following our market adventure we headed back to the Keppler apartment a played some backgammon, then headed to the pool. There is a pool at the apartment complex, and it was very hot today, so we took a little dip. It was very fun. We played some games and just splashed around.

Back upstairs we cut up fruits and veggies for our salads, then mom and dad prepared the fish and steamed vegetables. The dinner that we made was very good. Then we ended the night with a movie. It was a nice and relaxing day to get our energy up for our big day tomorrow.
